Introduction to Lanzhou Peony Horticulture Company

Lanzhou Peony Horticulture Development Co. is the industrial company ,focuses on researching ,producing, and selling  China peony, especially the Gansu Purple Speckle Peony and Chinese Peony, and concurrently producing and selling famous Gansu Dahlia and drought-resist greening nursery stocks. The company covers area of about 305 acres and headquartered in central area of Lanzhou city, the six entities of the company is as follow:

 Established in 1993, the company’s total asset is about ￥40 000 000. The workers and staff members are 60 in existence .Mr. ZHAO Qian-long, the general manager of the company, is the senior engineer and vice secretary-general of the China Peony and Chinese Peony Association. Mr. LI Jia-Jue, the general engineer of the company, is the professorial engineer and vice chairman of the China Peony and Chinese Peony Association. The company is charged with the national construction project of “China Northwest Peony and Chinese Peony Gene Warehouse” trusted by State Forest Bureau .The company has copyrights of more than 30 monographs and theses published in leading “horticulture and flower periodicals” in China, among them, the monograph named as “China Peony and Chinese Peony” to be awarded the national first prize and the second prize for Gansu provincial Advance of Science and Technology. The company had been awarded the golden prize on The Fourth China Flower Exposition, and silver and bronze prizes on World Flower Exposition in Kunming for its products.
