Introduction to factory producing Rose oil
Presently, Rose Attar are produced upon the technology of fat absorb or solvent extraction substituting for the traditional distillation (little Rose Attar could be produced by the distillation and to be deemed as a byproduct of Rose Pure Dew brought by this distillation technology). A little Rose Attar will cost large amount of petals together with quite a few manpower that makes it more valuable. The fat absorb technology brings the very high concentration and strong aroma of the attar that means only a little dosage to be needed. Rose Attar, deep red with a brown tint in color, will get clotted in bottle at room temperature and melted between palms.

Introduction to factory producing Rose Extractum
Regarding the lixiviation of Rose Extractum, steps are as follows: loading rose fresh flowers into a rotating equipment where specified solvent will circularly and orderly lixiviate petals at normal temperature till the solvent adequately soaking into petals and rose oil, vegetable tallow protein and coloring matter to be together dissolved; then filtering and separating the lixivium before being condensed in an evaporator to produce Rose Extractum. During the operation, the temperature should be limited as low as possible, and never permitted to exceed 70℃ at least. The petroleum ether with distillation range between 60℃and 70℃may be chosen as the solvent due to its protection of the oil’s tender contents. |
